Follow this video guide to assemble your AccuPro 360ST spreader and prepare it for use.

Step-by-step guide to assembling the AccuPro 360ST

Before starting, lay out all the spreader parts and make sure you have the tools required for assembly: a 6 mm spanner, pliers and a medium-sized Phillips head screwdriver.

    1. Align the four holes in the back stand with the four holes in the main frame.
    2. Secure the back stand using the four M6 × 65 mm bolts and four M6 lock nuts. Fully tighten the lock nuts using a 6 mm spanner and pliers.
    3. Locate the drive wheel onto the axle, lining up the hole in the wheel hub with the hole in the axle.
    4. Insert the large cotter pin through the hole in the wheel hub and axle. Use pliers to split the end of the cotter pin and secure the wheel.
    5. Locate the coast wheel on the other side of the axle, with the tyre valve facing outwards.
    6. Place the washer on the axle, insert the small cotter pin and split the end of the pin with pliers to secure the wheel. Inflate the tyres to 16–18 psi before use.
    7. Align the handle assembly with the back stand.
    8. Secure the handle using the four M6 × 40 mm bolts and lock nuts. Fully tighten the lock nuts.
    9. Thread the hooked end of the control rod into the slide plate.
    10. Place the straight end of the control rod through the rod stopper on the gauge assembly. Do not tighten the screw yet.
    11. Secure the control rod to the slide plate using the small R pin.
    12. Place the control lever in the fully open position, setting 25 on the gauge.
    13. Pull the black slide plate attached to the hooked end of the control rod back to its stop. This is the fully open position.
    14. Pull the control rod through the rod stopper on the gauge assembly. If necessary, loosen the rod stopper screw so the hole is fully open.
    15. With the hopper aperture fully open and the gauge set to 25, fully tighten the rod stopper screw using a medium-sized Phillips head screwdriver. Do not pull on the rod while tightening the screw.
    16. Check that the shutter plate is fully closed at setting 0 and fully open at setting 25.

The assembly is now complete and your AccuPro 360ST is ready for use.
