What do you like most about your job?

What I like most about my job is that there are always challenges to tackle, which allows me to develop myself in a teaching capacity. Being a better professional every day, providing solutions to the problems posed by colleagues, clients and farmers is a great satisfaction for me and makes my job worthwhile.

What is the professional achievement you are most proud of?

My greatest achievement is to belong to a largely male sector and to be as respected as the rest of my colleagues.

Which women in the industry inspire you?

I have many colleagues and women from other companies who are great professionals and inspire me every day. I consider that all the women who live daily fighting to achieve their goals, overcome their fears, who get up every day to work, are worthy of admiration.

What progress have you seen in the sector towards inclusion?

The agricultural sector is still very masculinized, especially in decision-making and power areas. In recent years, there has been a notable incorporation of women into the agricultural sector. However, in my opinion, it is still the most vulnerable sector.
