Based in Western Canada, Courtney is passionate about helping farmers succeed and holds a Master of Science in Plant Science from the University of Saskatchewan.

Dan leads the ICL Growing Solutions North America team, championing growth, innovation, and market leadership for ICL's agriculture division portfolio. He directs all Ag Crop Nutrition activities in North America, fostering close collaboration across sales, agronomy, and marketing to ensure alignment with customers' goals for crop nutrition, sustainability, and profitability. With over 25 years of industry experience—from Sales Representative to VP of Global Sales with legacy organizations—Dan has cultivated expertise working with globally recognized firms like BASF & Syngenta as well as regional start-ups like Vive Crop Protection. Dan holds a BS in Agri-Business Management from Michigan State University. He also received an MBA from the Kenon Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Jason oversees the strategic development and implementation of cutting-edge crop nutrition strategies, spearheading research initiatives, and supporting ICL agronomists and technical sales managers. Jason leads ICL's research collaborations with universities and third-party research contractors in North America, showcasing the effectiveness of ICL products across various row and specialty crops. He brings extensive experience in applied research and field sales support for plant nutrition, adjuvants, crop protection, and biological products. He holds a Ph.D. in Crop Science, an M.S., Crop Production and Physiology, and is a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA).

Mike has 30 years of experience in agriculture including crop protection, seed, fertilizer, grain marketing, consulting, ag technology, as well as retail and wholesale experience. Mike has served in various capacities from sales rep to marketing and operations management as well as general management for multinational organizations. He has worked in agriculture from coast to coast across Canada and is passionate about bringing innovative value added solutions to the marketplace and seeing farmers thrive with those solutions.

Nicole brings more than 30 years of horticulture expertise across sales, technical sales, procurement, customer service, and entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, Nicole has been involved in procurement operations, inventory planning, and provided technical guidance on growing media solutions. She holds a university degree in Environmental Science and Horticulture.

With over 20 years of agriculture experience, beginning on his family farm in southeast Saskatchewan, Ron's background includes managing an independent crop input retail and holding several sales and business development roles within the agriculture sector.
