ICL Appoints Gavin Kinsella as Technical Area Sales Manager – South East
ICL Turf & Landscape UK & Ireland has announced the appointment of Gavin Kinsella as Technical Area Sales Manager – South East.

Gavin joins ICL with more than 35 years of experience across golf course management, estate management and sportsturf operations. His career has included senior roles at leading golf venues, agronomic advisory work at tournament level, and a strong track record in sustainable turf management, team leadership and customer-focused technical support.
Most recently, Gavin served as Courses and Estate Manager at Moor Park Golf Club, where he was responsible for a 36-hole golf facility, associated practice areas, grass tennis courts, estate grounds and a 24-person team. Prior to this, he spent almost 18 years as Courses and Estate Manager at Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club, where he led a wide range of operational, environmental and development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Gavin also worked as an Agronomy Advisor for The European Tour, supporting tournament venues and providing technical guidance on course preparation and turf performance. His experience is further supported by qualifications and professional recognition including BIGGA Master Greenkeeper, study in Turfgrass Science and SportsTurf Management, and long-standing involvement in professional development and industry assessment.
