ICL Sponsors ‘Newcomer of the Year’ at the 2026 GMA Awards

ICL is once again sponsoring the ‘Newcomer of the Year’ award at the GMA Awards 2026, taking place at Edgbaston Stadium on Thursday 12 March.

The award recognises individuals making a strong start to their careers in grounds management—whether in professional sport, public spaces, or grassroots venues. It highlights the fresh thinking and commitment new entrants bring to the industry and the important role they play in its future.

This sponsorship sits alongside our support for the GMA 35 under 35 initiative, which gives recognition and development opportunities to younger professionals across the sector. Selected individuals receive technical training and industry exposure through both the GMA and SALTEX.
