Sierrablen Plus Pearl is a premium controlled-release fertiliser combining ICL’s Poly-S nitrogen with Pearl® technology—featuring recycled, Root-Activated™ phosphorus. It delivers consistent nutrient release for over 3 months and significantly improves root development, making it ideal for turf production, laying, and stadium surfaces.
Pearl® technology incorporates Crystal Green®, a slow-release, recycled phosphorus source that responds directly to organic acids from actively growing roots. This means nutrients are released in sync with plant demand, reducing leaching and run-off while improving nutrient efficiency and rooting performance.
Use Renovator (11-11-5 + Ca + Mg) for balanced nutrition during turf renovation or establishment, and Turf Starter (5-28-0 + Mg) for a strong phosphorus boost to encourage rooting at the start. Both are suited to turf production, laying, and sports field establishment where root development is a priority.
The phosphorus in Sierrablen Plus Pearl is recovered from renewable sources, including municipal and industrial waste. This supports a circular economy by reducing reliance on finite rock phosphate and minimising nutrient losses to waterways, offering a more sustainable option for professional turf management.
