Guilherme Amaral De Souza is an agronomist with a PhD in Soil Fertility and Plant Nutrition from UFLA, a research period at Cornell University/USDA, and an MBA in Agribusiness from USP/ESALQ. Throughout his career, he has gained experience spanning research, applied agronomy, market development, innovation, and team leadership, consistently focusing on creating value for both clients and the business. He currently leads Technical Development and serves as Lead Agronomist for South America, connecting science, portfolio strategy, team training, and market development. His work focuses on translating technical and scientific knowledge into strategies, solutions, and initiatives that support sustainable agricultural growth, strengthen the value proposition of technologies, and accelerate their market adoption. He has experience working across multiple functions, including Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, and business areas, contributing to the technical positioning of technologies, the development of new projects, team training, and the strengthening of the value proposition in the market.
