Initial turf response with controlled feeding for 2–3 months.

Combining readily available and controlled-release nutrition.

ProTurf combines readily available nutrients with Poly-S® controlled-release nitrogen to provide an initial turf response followed by sustained feeding for 2–3 months.

The fertilizer blend also contains polyhalite, a mineral source of potassium, calcium, magnesium and sulfur. The readily available fraction supports the early response after application, while the controlled-release nitrogen continues supplying nutrition over a longer period.

This combination allows ProTurf to deliver both an initial response and extended nutrient availability from the same fertilizer application.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions we receive from turf managers and landscapers

ProTurf is a high-impact granular fertilizer range designed for tees, surrounds, fairways, sports fields, and lawns. It combines controlled-release technology with polyhalite, a unique 4-in-1 mineral containing potassium, calcium, magnesium, and sulfur. These fertilizers benefit turf management by providing consistent, sustained growth for up to 2-3 months, enhancing turf health, color, and resilience.

ProTurf utilizes Poly-S controlled-release technology, which involves coating urea granules with sulphur. This coating gradually breaks down, releasing nitrogen over a period of 2-3 months. This ensures a steady supply of nutrients, preventing growth peaks and minimizing nutrient leaching, leading to healthier and more uniform turf.

ProTurf fertilizers are formulated for different seasons. For example, ProTurf 20-0-7+9CaO+3MgO is ideal for early spring to mid-June, while ProTurf 12-5-20+2CaO+2MgO is suitable from mid-May to mid-autumn.

ProTurf’s unique combination of Poly-S controlled-release technology and polyhalite ensures consistent, regular growth without peaks. This innovative approach delivers both quick and sustained nutrient release, making it highly effective for turf management.
