Calibrating your AccuPro 360ST

AccuPro 360ST calibration video guide

Watch this video to learn how to check and adjust the calibration of your AccuPro 360ST using the ICL Calibration Key.

The AccuPro 360ST is calibrated during assembly. To ensure accurate and consistent application, we recommend checking the calibration periodically.

Step-by-step guide to calibrating the AccuPro 360ST

1. Make sure the spreader is empty and place it on a level surface.
2. Set the control lever to position 0.
3. Check that the shutter plate is fully closed.
4. Move the control lever to position 25.
5. Check that the shutter plate is fully open.
6. If adjustment is needed, loosen the rod end at the handle.
7. Slowly slide the rod to adjust the opening until the ICL Calibration Key fits snugly.
8. Retighten the rod end at the handle.
9. Remove the ICL Calibration Key.

Your AccuPro 360ST spreader is now correctly calibrated and ready for accurate application.
