ICL has introduced Pro-Iron, bringing together its specialist liquid iron solutions under a single identity for professional turf management.

Recognising the increasingly important role iron plays as an agronomic tool, Pro-Iron has been developed to help turf managers select the right iron formulation for different management objectives and integrate iron more effectively into modern turf management programs.

While improving turf color remains one of its best-known benefits, iron is now recognized as an essential agronomic tool in modern turf management.

Pro-Iron Liquid Effect and Pro-Iron Liquid ActioN provide different iron formulations for different turf management objectives.

Different management objectives require different iron formulations, whether the priority is enhancing presentation, supporting a nutrition program or integrating iron into an existing spray program.

Pro-Iron Liquid Effect and Pro-Iron Liquid ActioN

The first products introduced under the Pro-Iron brand are Pro-Iron Liquid Effect and Pro-Iron Liquid ActioN, each developed to meet different agronomic requirements.

Pro-Iron Liquid Effect combines iron sulphate with chelated iron, giving turf managers the flexibility to manage iron independently of nutrition. Application rates can be adjusted to achieve the desired level of color and turf response, while excellent tank-mix compatibility, including with herbicides and other plant protection products, makes it easy to integrate into existing spray programmes. This makes Pro-Iron Liquid Effect particularly well suited to integrated turf management (ITM) programs where flexibility and compatibility are essential.

Pro-Iron Liquid ActioN combines nitrogen with iron sulphate, providing an efficient solution for routine nutrition programs across larger managed turf areas. By delivering nutrition and iron in a single application, it supports healthy growth while improving turf color.
