Osmocote® Exact Tablets 12-14M ensure your plants get the nutrients for a whole year or even longer. Their cone-like shape means the tablet can be pushed down easily into growing medium. The water-soluble adhesive dissolves and the tablets break apart. The tablets have a longevity of 12 to 14 months at 21ºC and come in 5 g. Each 5gm tablet contains a precise dose of Osmocote Exact nutrition, delivering nutrients directly into the planting hole or growing media where plants need them most. Available in 8-9 month and 12-14 month longevities, Osmocote Exact Tablet provides long-lasting nutrition to support healthy root development, strong establishment, and consistent plant growth.

Important:  The above mentioned recommended rates are based on unfertilized substrates. Please be aware that these are general recommendations. Specific situations such as use in tunnels or greenhouses, autumn and winter potting or specific climate conditions require adjustments. Osmocote Exact Tablets should be placed in the planting hole at planting. Each tablet falls apart into loose granules after they are exposed to significant amount of water.

For application in existing cultures, push tablet down completely into the growing medium.

If you’re using drip irrigation, push the tablet in the growing medium directly under the dripper.

The temperature affects Osmocote® Exact tablets’ longevity, determined at 21ºC. 16ºC: 15-17M 21ºC: 12-14M 26ºC: 10-11M.

Store under dry conditions. Properly seal partly used or damaged bags.
