Key Conclusions
Agromaster® provides a higher Nutrient Use Efficiency than the standard grower practice, resulting in an increase in onion yield of 3 MT/ha (6%) from just 2 fertilizer applications, compared to 4 applications for the grower practice. This trial found that Agromaster® provides a return on investment of €381/ha.

Results
- Agromaster® increased onion yield by 3 MT/ha.
- Thanks to the controlled release of nitrogen, Agromaster® provides a higher Nutrient Use Efficiency (NUE) – an extra 5.7% compared to the grower practice, calculated as partial factor productivity (PFP).
- Onion yield was higher with only 2 applications of Agromaster®, compared to 4 applications as in the grower practice. Less quantity to be handled per ha, while providing the same level of nutrients.
- Agromaster® provides a positive return on investment (ROI): an increase of €381/ha.
