ICL Appoints Dan Bihlmeyer to Leadership Team

ICL Growing Solutions is pleased to announce Dan Bihlmeyer’s appointment as VP, ICL Growing Solutions Ag – North America. Dan joined ICL on August 31, 2023, and will be home-based in the US state of Michigan. In his new role, Dan will lead the team and the growth strategy for the North American agriculture division portfolio and will have overarching responsibility for all Ag Crop Nutrition activity in North America.

Dan brings over 25 years of experience in the industry working his way up from a Sales Representative to the VP of Global Sales with his legacy organizations. During his career, he has worked with both large global companies like BASF & Syngenta as well as regional start-ups like Vive Crop Protection. Dan holds a BS in Agri-Business Management from Michigan State University. He also received an MBA from the Kenon Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
