ICL Welcomes Diego Gil as US Country Manager

ICL Growing Solutions Ag is excited to announce the appointment of Diego Gil as the US Country Manager.  

Diego has been a key member of the ICL team for several years, most recently serving as the Country Manager for Mexico, where he has played an instrumental role in expanding ICL’s presence in the region. Known for his strategic approach, customer-focused sales leadership, and his ability to develop high-performing teams, Diego’s leadership has set a strong foundation for continued success. He brings a wealth of experience in operations management, market development, and stakeholder relations. Diego holds an MBA with a focus in Finance from Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey. His background in Law and Finance has further equipped him with the decision-making skills necessary to drive sustainable growth and performance across diverse markets.  

Before joining ICL, Diego held leadership positions at Agroinsumos Campofino as General Manager and at Yara as Commercial Manager for the North Region of Mexico, where he demonstrated a clear vision for growth and operational excellence.
