Explore how water-soluble fertilizers (WSFs) and enhanced nutrient fertilizers are revolutionizing early-season crop nutrition. Join agronomists Dr. Jason Haegele and Christi Falen as they challenge conventional practices like 10-34-0 and explore how precision strategies can boost yields, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Learn how pH-lowering WSFs, such as Nova PeKacid® and Agrolution pHLow®, maximize soil phosphorus and nutrient use efficiency, delivering both economic and environmental benefits.

Field trials and precision agriculture practices highlight the significant potential of WSFs to increase yields, improve nutrient efficiency, and support sustainable farming systems. Discover how these advanced solutions can help growers achieve operational flexibility and cost savings, all while meeting the demands of modern agriculture.

What We’ll Cover

  • Innovative starter strategies: Understanding how water-soluble fertilizers can challenge traditional practices like 10-34-0 with superior precision and sustainability.
  • Enhanced nutrient availability: Exploring how pH-lowering and acidification technologies in Nova PeKacid® and Agrolution pHLow® improve crop growth and nutrient uptake, especially when paired with enhanced nutrient fertilizers like BIOZ® Diamond.
  • Phosphorus efficiency: Evaluating how WSFs can achieve high yields with reduced phosphorus application rates, backed by field trial data.
  • Precision agriculture applications: Learning how WSFs provide flexibility through targeted applications like side-dressing to optimize crop performance.
  • Environmental and economic benefits: Identifying strategies to lower costs, reduce waste, and minimize environmental impacts.
