    • Christi Falen is ICL’s Western Agronomist. She brings over 25 years of experience, including roles in university extension, plant nutrition, and crop protection. Christi earned a BS in Natural Resource Management from the University of Alaska and an MS in Soil Science from the University of Idaho and is a Certified Crop Advisor.
  • Dr. Jason Haegele, Marketing & Innovation Manager, ICL 
    • Dr. Jason Haegele leads ICL’s agronomy efforts across North America, focusing on innovative crop nutrition strategies. Overseeing strategic development and supporting agronomists and technical sales
      managers, he collaborates with universities and third-party contractors to demonstrate ICL products’ efficacy on various crops. With expertise in plant nutrition, adjuvants, crop protection, and biological products, Jason holds a Ph.D. in Crop Science and an M.S. in Crop Production and Physiology.
