    • Christi Falen is ICL’s Western Agronomist. She brings over 25 years of experience including roles in university extension, plant nutrition, and crop protection. Christi earned a BS in Natural Resource Management from the University of Alaska, a MS in Soil Science from the University of Idaho and is a Certified Crop Advisor.
  • Dr. Ashley Thompson, Assistant Professor of Horticulture, Oregon State University  
    • Dr. Ashley Thompson is Oregon State University’s Extension Tree Fruit Horticulturalist for Wasco and Hood River Counties. Based in The Dalles, OR, her research focuses on sustainable orchard practices to enhance yield and quality. She holds a Ph.D. in Horticulture from Virginia Tech, a M.S. in Ecology and Environmental Science from the University of Maine, and B.S. in Biology from Susquehanna University.
