Good quality, low maintenance turf Whether it’s in shade or sun, as its name suggests, ProSelect® Ryder’s great for golf course as a blend component. It’s also the perfect choice on inclines, roadsides, recreation grounds and for reclamation. This fabulous low-maintenance turf has a good dark green color and is ideal if your soil’s pH is 4.5 – 8.0. It grows compactly and is featured in our drought, shade, and low maintenance programs.

For best results, seed at 20 – 30 gr/m² in spring or late summer. It’s best to keep the seedbed moist throughout germination and establishment. Germination should begin within 7 – 14 days with a minimum soil temperature of 16°. Full coverage in 6 – 8 weeks. Mow when it’s reached a height of 6 cm.
Looks especially good when fertilized annually with nitrogen at 10 – 15 gr/m². Water deeply and infrequently in absence of rainfall. We recommend a cutting height of 1.5 – 6 cm, or leave unmowed; mow at 6 – 8 cm in shade.
