Slow release fertilizers

ICL’s slow release fertilizers (SRFs) deliver proven high quality performance and are based on the principle of nitrogen chains breaking down gradually over (a few weeks) time. Unlike controlled release fertilizers (CRFs), SRFs do not use a coating technology for its slow release of nutrients. SRFs are minerals that take certain time to dissolve. The nutrient release of SRFs is influenced by temperature, water, soil pH and microbe activity.
