Fantastic Grassland with Polysulphate

Anyone listening to Paul Hogarth would be impressed by his in-depth knowledge of Polysulphate.

As a miner, Paul worked as part of the team that extracts this natural, multi-nutrient fertilizer from deep underground at ICL’s Boulby mine.

But on his family farm close to the mine in the UK as a farmer, Paul was keen to put the fertilizer to work on his crops.

The wheat where we applied Polysulphate has stayed greener for longer, which has increased the yield.

Paul’s experience is shared with other farmers so they can reap all the benefits of using Polysulphate fertilizer on wheat crops and also for grass grown to feed livestock because it improves establishment and boosts yield, even in tough growing conditions.

This grassland crop has been absolutely fantastic. Many farmers near here have struggled to get 2 cuts this year, and we have had 3 cuts already.

The extra grass cuts meant that Paul made more of the high-quality silage to feed the cattle through the winter, helping produce good-quality beef animals.
