Quick green-up and tolerant to wear In recent NTEP trials, this variety was a top-rated performer; it is perfect in any tall fescue areas. It’s quick to add a welcome dash of green in spring, and its turf is dense and tolerant to wear. Plus, it’s resistant to brown patch, and can tolerate drought. ProSelect® Avenger II was bred from a high performer and is all the better for it. This is the perfect choice for fine turf anywhere, and it’s versatile too.

Try first on a small scale before changing the rate, or any other variables. As circumstances can differ and the application of our products is beyond our control, ICL cannot be held responsible for any adverse results.
For best results, seed at 30 – 50 gr/m² with a high-quality, starter fertilizer in early autumn or spring. It’s best to keep the seedbed moist throughout germination and establishment. Germination should begin within 8 – 14 days with optimal temperatures (15° – 26°C). Ensure it has reached approximately 5cm before cutting for the first time.
Looks especially good when fertilized annually with nitrogen at 20 – 25gr/m². Water deeply and infrequently for a deep and healthy root system. We recommend a cutting height of 3 – 8cm.
