Seeding and Overseeding
Stellar 4GL readily establishes on loosened bare soil or after verticutting existing turf for renovation and overseeding. For typical new seeding applications, apply at a rate of 25-35 g/m². Periodic reseeding at 15-25g /m² maintains density for visual appearance and durability. For overseeding
dormant warm season grasses, a rate of 35-50 g/m (350-500kg per hectare) is suggested for tees, fairways, and roughs.
Maintenance
Stellar 4GL will form a tight knit turf under a broad range of soil types and environmental conditions, from full sun to medium shade. It will mow cleanly at heights of 12mm and above. Due to its tillering ability and compact profile, Stellar 4GL can be maintained at fairway cutting heights when appropriate management practices are observed.
