Why I Use Nova CalPhos on my Tomato Crop

Vilas Gangadhar Jadhav is a tomato farmer in Varvandi village, Dindori Tehsil, Nashik District, India, selling tomatoes at his local and regional markets. In my tomato plot, I grow the Aryaman variety of tomatoes, which I planted on 26th July 2024. To ensure high-quality growth, I decided to use CalPhos 0-55-15+7CaO from ICL.

This fertilizer’s unique formulation provides essential calcium, which meant I didn’t need to apply any additional calcium during the season. The results were remarkable. I observed excellent fruit setting and harvested fruit that met the market’s quality and size requirements.

I have sold over 800 crates already, that’s 16 metric tonnes of premium-quality tomatoes, and the season is not over yet. I am so satisfied with the performance of CalPhos that I don’t just use it on my crops, I also recommend it to other farmers seeking to improve their crop quality and yield.
