Performance Southern Europe (SE) is a tall fescue based blend, with deep aggressive rooting capable of accessing water deep in the soil profile. This produces a water efficient, drought tolerant sward. Additionally, excellent soil stability is achieved through the combination of hybrid Kentucky bluegrass. Perennial ryegrass is included to aid initial fast establishment.
