ProSelect Extreme is the ultimate drought combating blend. The combination of Cool and Warm-Season grasses creates a very adaptable mixture that is capable of withstanding the pressures of heat and drought. Extreme provides excellent soil stability from the intense rooting structure of the tall fescue, rhizomatous rooting of the poa pratensis and stoloniferous growth of the Bermuda. A 10% content of perennial ryegrass is added for that initial speedy ground cover.
