ProSelect Thermal Force is a grass seed blend developed for warm climates where high temperatures and limited rainfall or irrigation can restrict turf performance.

The selected cultivars combine strong heat and drought tolerance with good shade tolerance, helping the turf cope with a wider range of challenging growing conditions.

The blend also produces a dense, well-rooted sward, supporting surface stability and resilience once established.
