Soybean Trial with Beoz Nephrite in Ukraine
Yield increase
Baryshivka Grain Company, Poltava region 2026
Yield increase
Key Conclusions
The application of Beoz Nephrite at the V3 stage had a clear, measurable impact on soybean performance. Treated plants developed stronger, more active root systems, improving nutrient uptake and overall vigor. Enhanced root activity also prolonged nodule function, supporting biological nitrogen fixation for longer.
These improvements led to more uniform branching, more pods per plant, and a notable yield increase over the untreated control. The trial shows that Beoz Nephrite effectively strengthens soybeans during early vegetative growth, creating a solid foundation for higher productivity.
Beoz Nephrite demonstrated the ability to:
- Stimulate early root growth and branching
- Extend the active growth period
- Increase pod formation
- Improve yield by 14% compared to the control
These results confirm Beoz Nephrite as a valuable tool for boosting soybean performance under real field conditions.
Objective
Assess the effect of Beoz Nephrite biostimulant on the root development, growth and yield of soybean.

Results
The Beoz Nephrite treatment produced clear agronomic benefits compared to the untreated control.
Root Development & Plant Structure
Plants treated with Beoz Nephrite developed larger, more active root systems, enabling better access to soil moisture and nutrients. This improved root vigor supported stronger branching, giving the plants a more robust architecture for pod formation.
Nodule Activity & Growing Season
Treated plants maintained higher nodule activity for a longer period, which extended the effective growing season. This prolonged nitrogen fixation contributed to sustained vegetative and reproductive growth.
Pod Formation
A dramatic improvement was observed in pod numbers:
- 111 pods per plant with Beoz Nephrite
- 65 pods per plant in the control
This represents a substantial increase in reproductive potential.
Yield Performance
The enhanced root system, stronger branching, and higher pod count translated into a 14% yield increase compared to the control.
In absolute terms:
- Control: 2.8 t/ha
- Beoz Nephrite: 3.2 t/ha
- Yield gain: +0.4 t/ha
These results confirm that Beoz Nephrite provides a consistent and meaningful improvement in soybean productivity under field conditions.

Soybean plants from the Control plot had a shorter vegetation period and developed less number of pods.

Soybean plants treated with Beoz Nephrite had a longer period of active growth with more pods developed.
