Keep Green

When solar radiation reaches the leaves, the chlorophyll absorbs the solar energy and transforms it into chemical energy. The plant will use this energy to transform the atmospheric CO₂, which enters the leaves through the stomata, into carbohydrates (sugars: fructose and glucose). These carbohydrates are the energy that plant cells use for their metabolism to make the plant grow and produce coffee beans.

But excessing sunlight can result in high temperatures in the leaves and leads to thermal and water stress. Bioz Keep Green increases the chlorophyll content in the leaves and improves stomatal control, which helps plants make better use of the sunlight, boosting photosynthesis, and reducing damage caused by solar radiation, leading to greener plants and improved yields.

The recommendation is that growers apply Keep Green to new coffee crops after transplanting and repeat the application after 60 days. In adult crops, each application should be 7.5 L/ha between September and October.
